How information is used in the Photovia app and on this website.
Who is responsible?

Your photos and projects
Selected photos, text, and project drafts are processed on your device for editing and stored locally. Background removal and object repair run on-device; photos are not uploaded to a server for these operations. When you choose to share, your export is sent to the application or recipient you select, whose terms then apply. A Photovia account is not required.
Permissions and storage
Selecting photos or saving designs may require photo library or file access, depending on your device and operating system. Manage permissions in your device settings. Delete projects inside the app; uninstalling the app may delete local drafts and preferences. Exported copies and device backups may remain until you or your backup provider remove them.
Advertising and choices
When advertising is enabled, Google AdMob may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent abuse. Available consent choices depend on your region, device settings, and the service. Where offered, update your preferences through the ad privacy options in the app’s Settings. Rewarded ads are optional. A single export in the mobile app requires 2 completed ads; other supported premium tools need 1 ad for one use. Premium members export ad-free. Incomplete ads do not count. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Usage and advertising measurement
If you allow it in the iOS app, Google Analytics for Firebase processes usage events such as app opens, sessions, export format and page count, Premium screen views, and completed rewarded ads, together with technical information such as an app instance identifier, device model, operating system, and app version. This helps us understand app usage and measure Google Ads campaign results. Photos, design text, project names, and file paths are not sent for this measurement. iOS tracking permission is requested separately; the advertising identifier is not used when permission is denied. Personalized advertising signals remain disabled for Analytics. Withdraw your choice in Settings → Usage and advertising measurement; this stops future measurement collection and resets Analytics data on your device. It does not automatically delete records already received by Google; contact us for data requests. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Purchases
When sales are enabled, payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat may process an app user identifier, transaction and product details, store information, and subscription status to verify purchases and access. Photovia does not store payment card details. See the privacy information from RevenueCat, Apple, and Google.
This website
The mini studio runs in your browser with sample images; your design is not sent to a server. This site has no analytics or advertising tracking code, and fonts and images are served locally. Hosting infrastructure may process technical access logs, such as IP address, request time, and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Support and your rights
When you email us, we process your address, message, and information you include to respond to your request. Support correspondence and technical records are kept as needed for their purposes and applicable obligations. Subject to applicable law, you can request information, access, correction, deletion, or exercise other personal data rights by emailing info@mersasgrup.com. Service providers may process data in infrastructure outside your country; their own privacy explanations also apply.

We update this page when our services or data practices change. The date above indicates the most recent update. Choices concerning advertising and purchase services in the released version of the app will be shown in the app.
